Shipping & Delivery
Our team is dedicated to shipping and delivering your purchase as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer many shipping options for you to choose from. However, if you spend over $59 on a single order, shipping is FREE within the contiguous U.S (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico excluded).
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours before departing our warehouse for shipment. Any orders placed after 12 p.m. PST will not be processed until the following business day.
If your products are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, they may incur additional shipping charges depending on the weight of the package.
Wholesale pricing is not eligible for Free Shipping. Orders placed through the consumer-facing portion of the NutravitLabs.com website by wholesale customers will not be eligible for Free Shipping. We do offer heavily discounted FedEx and LTL rates for wholesale customers. Pickup/Your Own Carrier is also an option.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If an item has been marked as delivered, lost or stolen, Nutravit Labs will file a claim with the shipping courier. If the customer selected to use his or her own carrier, it is at the customer’s discretion to file a claim with the appropriate shipping courier to receive reimbursement for the order.
Overnight shipments will arrive the following business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Thursday will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out on Monday.
Orders placed on or after 12 PM PST on Friday are slated to ship the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.
If you choose “use my own carrier” at checkout, we are NOT responsible for any shipping charges billed to you by that carrier. When you select “use my own carrier,” we require you to provide us with the carrier, the service and your carriers billing number. NutravitLabs.com does NOT bill you for shipping. The carrier will bill you directly. NutravitLabs cannot calculate shipping charges for you at checkout, nor can we give you a shipping quote; you must contact the carrier you chose for shipping cost estimates.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. Should this happen, please contact customer service for assistance within 3 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product, package, or packing slip away. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items).
If you receive the wrong items, please leave the products unopened and contact customer service immediately. For a full refund or exchange of product, customer service must be notified within 3 business days of the package’s initial arrival.
Credit Card Authorization Form:
In order to protect customers from fraudulent activity, we may request you to complete a credit card authorization form if your order is of high value, and the shipping and billing addresses do not match. We currently accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and money order.
If you select a shipping option that does not clearly specify “duties and taxes included” on the checkout page, NutravitLabs.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or broker fees. Taxes and fees will need to be paid by the customer to your local Customs/Broker office.
NutravitLabs.com is not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or have special requirements to clear customs. We ask that you contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.
If for any reason the package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason will not be refunded. This includes lack of import permits, prescriptions, or refusal to pay duties, taxes, or broker fees by the customer (when required) or because the item is banned by your country.
USPS International First Class shipments may take up to 4-5 weeks. USPS International Priority shipments may take 2-3 weeks.
International shipping normally takes 7-21 working days. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
Air Shipments will take up to 4 to 5 days transit time, depending on your shipping selection and location. This does not account for customs processing time. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
