At Nutravit Labs, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all our products for your peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it at any time for a refund, subject to the guidelines below.

 

Lifetime Guarantee for Unopened Bottles:


For orders in which all bottles have remained unopened, you are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling costs, and a flat restocking fee of $8.30 per item.

Lifetime Guarantee for Opened Bottles:

If you have opened bottles and are not satisfied with the product, you can still take advantage of our Lifetime Guarantee. To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following requirements are met:

  • You must have used the product for at least 15 days from the date of delivery before requesting a return.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the return.

Please note that the shipping & handling costs and the $8.30 restocking fee per item will still apply to returns under the Lifetime Guarantee.

Return Procedures:

Contact our Customer Service Center:
To initiate a return, please call our Customer Service Center at (802) 333-0786. Our representatives will assist you in requesting a refund and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the RMA number is not provided over the phone, it will be sent to your email within 2 business days.

Prepare the Return Package:
After obtaining the RMA number, please send your return package to the following address:

Important Notes:

Do not mark the package as "Return to Sender"; we cannot process or refund such packages.
Ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the package; returns without a valid RMA number will not be processed.


Shipping Method:
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. To ensure that we receive your return package, we recommend using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.

Timely Return:
While there is no time limit to request a return under our Lifetime Guarantee, we recommend sending back the product as soon as possible to expedite the refund process.

Refund Process:

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued only to the same credit card used for the original purchase. The refund will be for the cost of the product, minus shipping & handling fees, and the $8.30 disposal/restocking fee (if applicable). Please allow approximately 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

Instant Refunds/Order Cancellations:

Refunds for canceled orders will be instantly credited back to the original credit card once the order cancellation request is received and verified. Order modification requests, including cancellations, address changes, adding/removing products, or upgrading/downgrading shipping method, must be submitted before 12:00 pm PST of the business day the order was placed. No modifications or cancellations can be processed after 12:00 pm PST due to fulfillment timeframes.

Lost or Stolen Return Packages:

We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages. It is recommended that you obtain a delivery tracking number for your return shipment for your protection. Without a tracking number, we cannot verify the location or delivery of your package.

Refused Delivery:

If a delivery is refused and returned to sender due to insufficient address details or customer mistakes, the shipping costs incurred for the undeliverable order will be deducted from the final refund amount. Refused deliveries are ineligible for a refund.
