Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Nutravit Labs for your health and wellness needs. We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Please review our shipping policy for all the information you need to know regarding the delivery of your orders.

Order Processing and Dispatch:

All orders placed on will be processed and dispatched the following business day, provided they are placed before our order cutoff time of 12 PM PST. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the subsequent business day.

Shipping Schedule:

We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that any orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

USA Estimated Delivery Time:

1. Standard Shipping: Your order should arrive within 4-6 business days from the date of dispatch.
2. Express Shipping: If you choose express shipping, your order will be delivered within 2 business days from the date of dispatch.


Shipping Fees:

1.Express Shipping: For the convenience of faster delivery, we charge a flat rate of $9.90 USD for express shipping on all orders.

2. Standard Shipping:

For orders under $50.00 USD, we charge a flat rate of $4.90 USD for standard shipping.
For orders of $50.00 USD and above, we offer free standard shipping.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in processing your order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Important Note: Nutravit, LLC is not responsible for errors with the delivery address the customer provides at the time of purchase. We will ship the package to the exact address that is provided. If a package is returned as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. If the customer wants a refund for an order that the shipping carrier determined to be undeliverable, the cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from the total refund. Shipping/handling charges can not be refunded.


Wholesale Customers:

Wholesale pricing is not eligible for Free Shipping. Orders placed through the consumer-facing portion of the website by wholesale customers will not be eligible for Free Shipping. We do offer heavily discounted FedEx and LTL rates for wholesale customers. Pickup/Your Own Carrier is also an option.


If you select a shipping option that does not clearly specify “duties and taxes included” on the checkout page, is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or broker fees. Taxes and fees will need to be paid by the customer to your local Customs/Broker office. is not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or have special requirements to clear customs. We ask that you contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.

If for any reason the package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason will not be refunded. This includes lack of import permits, prescriptions, or refusal to pay duties, taxes, or broker fees by the customer (when required) or because the item is banned by your country.​

    • South Africa: UPS services continue to operate for essential goods only with expected delays due to lockdown.

    FedEx Disruptions

    • Japan: 1-5 working days additional transit time depending on location.
    • Philippines: 4-7 working days additional transit time depending on location.
